Yota Morimoto (*1981) is a Japanese composer born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, currently undertaking a research at The Institute of Sonology in The Netherlands. His works explore unconventional approaches to generating and transmitting sound, implementing models of noise, turbulence and abstract machines. He has performed in festivals and conferences such as TodaysArtFestival [den haag], NWEAMO [mexico], Transmediale [berlin], ISEA [ruhr], ICMC [belfast], and SMC [porto]. Beside those activities, he has collaborated with musicians such as Frances-Marie Uitti, Tatiana Koleva, Masato Suzuki, Akane Takada, Keiko Niimi and Luc Döbereiner.

森本洋太　1981年ブラジル・サンパウロ州生まれ。音楽家。オランダ、ハーグ王立音楽院ソノロジー研究所在籍。トランスメディアーレ（ドイツ）、ISEAフェスティバル（ドイツ）、音と音楽コンピューティング会議（ポルトガル）、国際コンピュータ音楽会議（アイルランド）、NWEAMO（メキシコ）、TodaysArtFestival（オランダ）等、各地の国際会議や音楽祭で作品を発表する。2008年にはチェリスト Frances-Marie Uitti との共作 DVD "13AL" を発表。すけべ人間の緑一点。トリオ broodje のエレクトロニクス担当。マルチメディア・アンサンブル ibitsu、 デュオ döbereiner & morimoto メンバー。
